Sales Quoting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Quoting Analyst to support the creation of customer quotes by cross-referencing competitive item data with internal product catalogs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and ingest customer-provided documents to identify internal equivalent products
• Deliver clean, structured data files for sales and customer service teams for quoting purposes
• Develop repeatable pipelines to support automated matching, quote preparation, and reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, quoting operations, or a similar role
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex joins and transformations
• Familiarity with Python or similar scripting for automation is preferred
• Experience with product master data, pricing files, or ERP item catalogs
