Key Responsibilities
- Pitch to and understand the needs of new care partners
- Manage the sales funnel from initial prospect through launch
- Build and grow relationships with care partners' teams and leadership
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the healthcare space, preferably in Customer Success or Strategic Customer-facing roles
- Deep exposure to health system or provider group models and economics
- Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive towards outcomes
- Operational excellence in managing multiple high-impact customers
