A company is looking for a Sales- Strategy and Enablement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the AAA Sales Playbook, ensuring alignment with sales processes and member experiences
- Partner with teams to deliver training programs and resources that enhance sales effectiveness and member service
- Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and optimize sales processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years in sales enablement, training, or sales operations, preferably in financial services
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of sales enablement and the ability to align training with sales processes
- Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement platforms
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration within teams
