Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Head of Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the Sales Operations strategy to support global go-to-market success
  • Act as a first-responder to sales operations issues and optimize sales processes and systems
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing global SalesOps team while fostering cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience leading Sales Operations or Revenue Operations teams in B2B SaaS environments
  • At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce
  • Proven expertise in designing sales territories, quotas, and compensation models
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations preferred
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
