A company is looking for a Director, Head of Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Sales Operations strategy to support global go-to-market success
- Act as a first-responder to sales operations issues and optimize sales processes and systems
- Lead and mentor a high-performing global SalesOps team while fostering cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience leading Sales Operations or Revenue Operations teams in B2B SaaS environments
- At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce
- Proven expertise in designing sales territories, quotas, and compensation models
- 10+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations preferred
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
