Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with customers and negotiate rates based on market conditions
- Utilize operational support and access to a network of trucks to build and maintain a book of business
- Work full-time to acquire new customers and carriers while maximizing potential through effective sales strategies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience as a broker or transportation solutions provider with an established customer base
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for full-range support in business development
- Experience using CRM and TMS systems
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
- Strong moral and ethical compass
