Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Administrator to support the end-to-end sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales documentation and ensure pricing and job costing accuracy
  • Coordinate between sales, operations, and customers to ensure accurate job processing
  • Monitor job status and ensure all requirements are met before production
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or an administrative role, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong documentation skills with a focus on accuracy
