A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative, Mid Market (Spanish Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for meeting setting, outbound prospecting, conversion, quota, and activity metrics
- Navigate objections through value-driven messaging and write relevant emails and video prospecting
- Build the pipeline in partnership with Sales and Success Account Teams
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, graduating by November 2025
- No prior experience as an SDR required
- High accountability and performance in a results-based culture
- Desire for continuous learning and openness to coaching
- Integrity and interest in selling with a focus on achieving goals
