A company is looking for a Deal Desk Manager to lead their global deal desk function and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quote and contract structuring, pricing strategy, and approval workflows across multiple business units
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize deal desk operations and enhance efficiency
- Serve as a liaison between Sales and internal teams to navigate complex deal structures and support product launches
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of SaaS contract structures and subscription-based pricing models
- Proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and ERP integrations
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales/Revenue Operations, or similar functions in a B2B SaaS environment
- 5+ years of direct team management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
