Key Responsibilities
- Develop tailored expansion plans for existing customers to drive monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the company's product suite
- Support renewal processes while flagging potential retention risks and ensuring account health
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a customer-facing growth, sales, or account management role in SaaS, fintech, or payments
- Proven track record of identifying and closing upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- Strong commercial instincts with a consultative sales approach
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable using CRM and usage metrics to guide customer growth
- Ambition to transition into a full-cycle sales role within 12-24 months
