Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue generation and cultivate relationships with executive-level decision-makers in the Cosmetics and Beauty industry
- Conduct tailored sales presentations and lead complex sales cycles from initial contact to deal closure
- Develop strategies to identify business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to propose effective solutions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success in sales, particularly in PLM or related industries
- Deep understanding of the Cosmetics, Beauty, or FMCG industry, focusing on product lifecycle management
- Experience in navigating complex software solutions with a track record of closing high-value contracts
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding annual quotas and KPIs
- Fluency in both Japanese and English is required
