Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams
• 3+ years of experience managing contact centers and BPO vendor management
• Experience in outbound sales and developing performance improvement strategies
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex contracts
