Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming calls and CRM for potential client outreach
• Establish rapport with prospective clients by presenting the company's value proposition
• Update client information in the CRM and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative or sales representative
• At least 1 year of experience working within a CRM (e.g., ZoHo, Salesforce)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; A.S., B.A., B.S. degrees are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and multiple platforms
• Experience in a quota-driven environment is a plus
