Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM data for accuracy and consistency across all GTM teams
- Document and improve revenue-related processes to ensure efficiency and scalability
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS company
- Exceptional spreadsheet and data analysis skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
- Experience with GTM tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or Outreach is a plus
- Process-oriented with familiarity in sales funnels and customer lifecycle
