Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partnership strategy to achieve revenue goals and expand market share
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of partnership managers, setting objectives and tracking performance
- Oversee the strategy for National Broker and Referral Partner teams to deepen relationships and drive growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or business development
- 5+ years of direct people management experience with a proven track record
- Deep understanding of the U.S. employee benefits landscape
- Experience in building and scaling partnership programs that resulted in significant revenue growth
