Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to book high-quality meetings
- Collaborate with Marketing and Enablement to optimize outreach sequences and share performance insights
- Track interactions and maintain accountability in Salesforce during handoffs
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS or tech
- History of meeting or exceeding activity and performance quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach.io (or similar), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- A builder's mindset with curiosity and collaboration in refining processes and strategies
