Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to execute strategic outbound campaigns and generate qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to book high-quality meetings
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Enablement to optimize outreach sequences and share performance insights
  • Track interactions and maintain accountability in Salesforce during handoffs
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • History of meeting or exceeding activity and performance quotas
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach.io (or similar), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A builder's mindset with curiosity and collaboration in refining processes and strategies
