Key Responsibilities
- Support customer acquisition marketing campaigns through process management, segmentation, reporting, and automation
- Maintain a clean and organized prospect database to ensure accurate campaign targeting
- Own the execution and quality assurance process for campaigns and workflows, identifying areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proficiency in marketing operations concepts, including workflow management and lead lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
- Understanding of customer data management and marketing analytics
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to manipulate large data sets
