GTM Enablement Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and manage enablement programs and training for Field roles
• Assist with new hire onboarding and support sales methodology adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address skill development needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a global software and SaaS enablement role or as a Team Leader/Mentor in a Field role
• 3+ years of experience in role-based skills enablement in a tech/software environment
• Experience designing and delivering innovative enablement programs with measurable results
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable business strategies
• BA/BS degree preferred
