A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive clarity, consistency, and continuous learning across global sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ongoing learning initiatives by planning, building, and maintaining scalable sales enablement content
- Curate and maintain centralized knowledge resources in partnership with subject matter experts
- Organize and update internal learning assets and manage internal communications related to enablement
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Knowledge Management, or Learning & Development
- 3+ years of experience working within or supporting sales teams
- Familiarity with learning and content management tools
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and experience in training design
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
