Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing enterprise deals
- Guide clients through structured pilots and multi-phase deployment strategies
- Build compelling business cases and pitch to stakeholders ranging from C-Suite to TA leaders
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of total experience, with 2-5+ years in B2B SaaS, AI, or HR tech sales
- Experience selling early-stage or cutting-edge tech, especially in pilot-led motions
- Proven ability to translate complex solutions into boardroom-ready value stories
- Familiarity with recruiting KPIs: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, funnel conversion, etc
- Fluency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, or Copilot
