A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for workers compensation claims
- Identifies trends and issues, advising management on recommended actions and process improvements
- Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues, ensuring compliance with quality standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Licenses as required; professional certifications applicable to the line of business preferred
- Six years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Two years of claims supervisor experience required
- Experience in quality review and compliance with audit requirements preferred
