Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through outbound strategies and upsell existing clients
- Identify business opportunities and consistently meet sales targets
- Manage the full sales cycle and provide actionable feedback to improve services
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Fluent in English and Spanish with B2B sales experience in North America and Latin America
- Preferred experience in consulting, investment banking, or fintech startups
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive)
