Job Summary

A company is looking for an SDR Lead to manage top-of-funnel operations and the SDR team for its B2B business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage direct reports and relationships between Integrated Marketing and SDR teams
  • Coordinate with teams to improve MQL conversions and ensure SDRs have context on leads
  • Partner with Sales Strategy and MOPs to implement lead routing and scoring improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • 2+ years leading a B2B SaaS sales development program
  • Salesforce CRM experience as a power user
  • Experience using Outreach.io or equivalent tools
  • Strong passion for improving top-of-funnel B2B operations
