Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive - Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inquiries into bookings and conduct follow-ups to nurture leads and drive repeat business
- Design customized rail holiday itineraries based on customer needs and preferences
- Provide support for existing reservations and resolve service issues with empathy and professionalism
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service contact center environment, preferably in travel or hospitality
- Proficiency in English; fluency in a second Asian language is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in Hospitality or Travel are a plus
