Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding for 30-50 automotive clients and conduct intro calls
- Lead client launch calls, set expectations, and train on lead software
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign quality and address client concerns
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years in Account Management or Client Success
- Sales or lead generation experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads preferred
- Passion for cars or automotive knowledge is a huge plus
- Experience with services like vinyl wrapping or ceramic coating is a bonus
