Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to oversee the loan file lifecycle and ensure documentation needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize approvals and ensure all conditions are marked and met once a file is assigned
• Conduct Welcome Call with clients, set expectations, and confirm loan timelines
• Track document uploads, review submissions, and follow up on outstanding conditions to ensure loan progress

Qualifications

• 3+ years of wholesale account management experience required; underwriting experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of a variety of loan products and programs
• Proficiency with Encompass loan origination system required
• Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining accuracy
