A company is looking for an Advertising Operations Manager to lead a team and manage digital advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of CTV and programmatic campaigns
- Supervise and coach a small team of AdOps Specialists while providing training and performance feedback
- Diagnose and resolve campaign delivery issues and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising operations
- 2+ years of experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Experience with platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, and Google Ad Manager
- Familiarity with CTV, MMPs, and attribution methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
