AI Solutions Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Solutions Senior Director to lead LLM and Gen AI data projects for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM data projects, from initial scoping to project execution
• Drive project timelines, resource plans, and delivery quality while managing risks
• Build and mentor high-performing operations teams and maintain client partnerships

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in solutions-engineering or managing technical operations projects
• Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; MBA preferred
• Executive-level communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of LLMs and Gen-AI data pipelines preferred
• Experience in building and managing cross-functional teams
