Application Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a system expert for platform functionality and configuration
• Manage service requests and platform integration with other systems
• Document system configurations and support reporting and analytic activities

Required Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of experience in technical support for commercial systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business operations or information systems
• General knowledge of business processes and supporting systems
• Familiarity with Intranet system administration on the Mangoapps platform
• Preferred experience with .net, SQL programming, and Microsoft Azure
