Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support for consumer-driven health and flex spending accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries related to health accounts
- Document information and resolve customer issues in real time or through follow-up
- Review and research health claims, ensuring proper benefits are applied
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility in shift scheduling
- Successful completion of Customer Service training classes is required
