Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise & Mid-Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships post-sale for a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid-Market employer clients, including onboarding
- Guide HR stakeholders through the renewal process and provide consultative support on ICHRA strategies
- Oversee the planning and execution of the annual Open Enrollment cycle to maximize employee enrollment
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role
- Experience managing complex employer relationships and external stakeholders
- Ability to operate with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Deep sense of ownership and customer empathy
