Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise & Mid-Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships post-sale for a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid-Market employer clients, including onboarding
  • Guide HR stakeholders through the renewal process and provide consultative support on ICHRA strategies
  • Oversee the planning and execution of the annual Open Enrollment cycle to maximize employee enrollment
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role
  • Experience managing complex employer relationships and external stakeholders
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Deep sense of ownership and customer empathy
