Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide remote technical support for healthcare IT applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet established support performance metrics and manage support tickets accurately
- Provide support and training for NextGen and NextGen Office applications while optimizing client workflows
- Perform Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tasks, including troubleshooting and system configuration
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Healthcare or Healthcare IT; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Prior experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) and/or Practice Management (PM) systems
- Familiarity with NextGen products is strongly preferred
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems for issue tracking
- Ability to work flexible hours and participate in an on-call rotation for emergency support
