Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or customer engagement
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role with a track record in managing complex relationships
- Experience with strategic planning and operational efficiency
- Ability to generate strategic customer insights and manage customer issues effectively
- Business maturity and experience working with senior executives
