Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to design and validate assessments for technical roles while ensuring test validity and fairness
• Prototype and experiment with AI to enhance content creation and support innovative assessment initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with applied I-O psychology, psychometrics, or cognitive science
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and process automation
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a remote environment
• Experience in assessment content development or related fields for 3+ years
• Aptitude for mastering complex software tools and eagerness to explore new processes
