Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a standard quality audit process and perform monthly quality audits
• Monitor workload and conduct quarterly performance reviews for direct reports
• Train new employees and maintain the department training and operations manual

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within accounts receivable or medical billing
• Proven ability to mentor and train team members
• Strong organizational skills to manage workload and metrics
• Knowledge of medical insurance processes and policies
• Ability to conduct performance reviews and audits
