Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of Property and Casualty insurance sales experience with a proven track record of career advancement
- Call center or inside sales experience is required
- Experience in leading teams to achieve exceptional outcomes
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Previous experience with high net worth clientele is preferred
