Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity Benefit Claim Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate claims by gathering and analyzing relevant information to make well-documented decisions
  • Maintain professional communication and build strong relationships with claimants, employers, and internal teams
  • Ensure accurate financial determinations and eligibility assessments based on policy provisions and documentation


Required Qualifications
  • Experience with health insurance claims, particularly in Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity products
  • Ability to analyze complex insurance and medical data and apply regulatory knowledge to claims decisions
  • Proficient in calculating benefits using policy provisions and supporting documentation
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities independently
  • Adaptable to change and able to handle difficult situations calmly while working remotely
