Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate claims by gathering and analyzing relevant information to make well-documented decisions
- Maintain professional communication and build strong relationships with claimants, employers, and internal teams
- Ensure accurate financial determinations and eligibility assessments based on policy provisions and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Experience with health insurance claims, particularly in Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity products
- Ability to analyze complex insurance and medical data and apply regulatory knowledge to claims decisions
- Proficient in calculating benefits using policy provisions and supporting documentation
- Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities independently
- Adaptable to change and able to handle difficult situations calmly while working remotely
