Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in the Benefits Verification Department and ensure patient benefits are verified according to company guidelines
• Analyze call/performance statistics and daily workflow to meet production and quality goals
• Evaluate team progress, coach staff, and participate in hiring and departmental projects

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a related environment
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Specialty pharmacy experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or Healthcare related field preferred
