Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Client Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 50-75 calls daily in a call center environment
• Build and maintain client relationships while ensuring client retention
• Document client interactions and address concerns, maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• High School Diploma; Degree preferred or equivalent combination
• Customer service and call center experience
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Knowledge of computer technology and ability to learn new programs
