Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient education and support for clients participating in virtual services

• Assist with records coordination and technical support for clients during virtual programming

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service setting
• Spanish fluency
• Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple platforms (e.g., CRM, EMR)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
