Job Summary

A company is looking for a WF Remote Collection Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with consumers regarding their balances
• Work with consumers toward payment or resolution of their accounts
• Utilize provided tools and training to achieve success in the role

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm CST/9:00am-6:00pm EST
• Proficient in basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly
• Reliable internet connection suitable for remote work
• 2 years of Customer Service, Call Center, and Collection experience preferred
