A company is looking for a Customer Services Representative for Pharmacy MTM Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and quality
- Support pharmacists with medication review preparation and escalate cases as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
- Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year customer service and/or call center experience
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Licensure and certifications as required (e.g., Act 34)
