Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Services Representative for Pharmacy MTM Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and quality
  • Support pharmacists with medication review preparation and escalate cases as needed
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
  • Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year customer service and/or call center experience
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Licensure and certifications as required (e.g., Act 34)
