Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Experience in a customer service or contact center environment is preferred
  • Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet
  • Basic understanding of life and health insurance products and terminology is preferred
  • Willingness to actively participate in team huddles and engage with colleagues
