Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual CCPU Customer Service Representative I to provide consultative assistance in health benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephonic and web-based assistance to Child Care Providers, Agents, and Enrollment Specialists
  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance benefits, eligibility, and claims in a professional manner
  • Document and analyze customer interactions to improve service quality and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED with 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to use Spanish up to 35% of the time
  • Knowledge of health benefits and eligibility processes is preferred
  • Ability to learn new software and navigate multiple systems
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills
