Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients by handling inquiries and guiding them through the 5500 filing process
- Maintain and update client records and ensure timely communication regarding outstanding documentation
- Meet department Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for client interactions and participate in ongoing training
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- Experience in the finance industry is a plus
- A designated workspace and high-speed internet connection for remote work
