Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Support Specialist to provide support to small business owners with their 401(k) plan administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients by handling inquiries and guiding them through the 5500 filing process
  • Maintain and update client records and ensure timely communication regarding outstanding documentation
  • Meet department Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for client interactions and participate in ongoing training
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
  • Experience in the finance industry is a plus
  • A designated workspace and high-speed internet connection for remote work
