Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager - East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of Enterprise accounts, aiming for a retention rate of 90% or higher, while identifying opportunities for revenue expansion
  • Own the negotiation process for contract renewals and expansions, consulting with customers throughout the lifecycle
  • Establish and nurture relationships with executive sponsors and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership to drive ongoing customer success


Required Qualifications
  • 9 to 14 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the technology industry
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, IT services, or related fields
  • Experience in managing customer accounts and resolving issues
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Expertise in contract negotiation and conflict resolution
