Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager - East.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of Enterprise accounts, aiming for a retention rate of 90% or higher, while identifying opportunities for revenue expansion
- Own the negotiation process for contract renewals and expansions, consulting with customers throughout the lifecycle
- Establish and nurture relationships with executive sponsors and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership to drive ongoing customer success
Required Qualifications
- 9 to 14 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, IT services, or related fields
- Experience in managing customer accounts and resolving issues
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Expertise in contract negotiation and conflict resolution
