A company is looking for an Inquiry Resolution Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise staff performance through evaluations and provide training and development
- Facilitate issue identification and resolution related to patient disputes and billing inquiries
- Manage administrative tasks including performance management and system/process issue resolutions
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
- 3-5 years of leadership and management experience in collections and processes
- Thorough understanding of federal and state laws such as HIPAA, FDCPA, and EMTALA
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in a call center environment and manage multiple tasks under pressure
