A company is looking for an Inquiry Resolution Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff performance through evaluations and provide training and development
  • Facilitate issue identification and resolution related to patient disputes and billing inquiries
  • Manage administrative tasks including performance management and system/process issue resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
  • 3-5 years of leadership and management experience in collections and processes
  • Thorough understanding of federal and state laws such as HIPAA, FDCPA, and EMTALA
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work in a call center environment and manage multiple tasks under pressure
