Florida Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement and Medication-Related Services Pharmacy Technician (FL).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient outreach and manage inbound calls to engage patients in medication-related services
• Coordinate with pharmacists and deliver services based on client needs, including MTM vendors and health plans
• Interpret and document communications professionally while telecommuting using secure access technology

Required Qualifications

• Current state-issued Pharmacy Technician registration, certification, or licensure
• National Certification (PTCB or NHA) is highly preferred
• 2+ years of community pharmacy experience is preferred
• Availability to work 40 hours a week during operational hours (Monday - Friday 9 am - 7 pm EST)
• Preferred experience with Medication Therapy Management programs
