Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Sales Manager (Spanish and English).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of Spanish-speaking sales representatives and manage outbound efforts to acquire high-capacity businesses
- Train and mentor team members on sales strategies, scripting, and processes
- Provide feedback to improve workflow and efficiency for Account Executives and manage daily sales issues
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in both Spanish and English
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience and 2-3 years of sales management experience
- Expertise in solution-based selling and aligning prospect needs with product solutions
- Experience with CRM and sales tools, preferably Salesforce
- Collaborative attitude to share techniques and successes with the team
