Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to assist Account Executives in enhancing client relationships and facilitating post-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Account Executives with post-sales functions, including quote configurations and purchase order preparation
- Communicate with partners, vendors, and suppliers to confirm product pricing and availability
- Coordinate with logistics and purchasing teams to provide tracking information and assist with RFQ entry and RFP documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
