A company is looking for a Head of Sales Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the sales enablement strategy, aligning with GTM objectives and revenue targets
- Design and launch scalable onboarding programs and deliver ongoing training on sales methodologies and product knowledge
- Produce and maintain high-impact sales content and evaluate sales enablement tools for effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales enablement
- Deep understanding of sales processes and buyer journeys
- Experience in creating and managing sales content
- Background in the BPO industry or with augmented AI solutions preferred
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments is a plus
